Job Description

Joining Culina Logistics as a Stock Administrator you will be responsible for providing accurate stock administration, reconciling actual stock against system stock, investigating discrepancies and escalating non-conformance.

6 month Fixed term contract.

Working hours: Weekdays,15 hour working week.

Salary: £26,896 per annum (pro rata to the hours worked). 

Main Responsibilities of a Stock Administrator:

Creating and distributing stock reports to both internal and external customersProcessing stock queries within agreed timeframes, providing customer careInvestigating discrepancies and processing dispute proceduresProcessing returns and inter depot cross documentsPursuing stock rejections and returns throughout the networkProcessing system transactions to correct stock balancesMaintaining accurate transactions in outside warehouse databaseInvestigating outstanding, incoming, outside and missing palletsEmpty location checks as required on the systemRecording and escalating internal and external non-conformancesSupporting colleagues throughout the networkProviding cover for Goods In desk as requiredGeneral administration paperwork filingOther duties as reasonably required

QualificationsExcellent attention to detail and accuracy skillsAbility to communicate effectively and professionallyPC literate and experience in MS ExcelAbility to solve problems methodically and actively seek resolutionsPro-active and adaptable approachSelf-starter, ability to work using own initiativeConscientious and reliableAble to manage own work load effectively and prioritiseExcellent customer service skillsOrganised, clean and tidy approach to work
