At the Chanel Boutique in Knokke, you will assist the stock manager, sales advisors, and support the boutique’s operations

The internship involves the following tasks :

Daily Stock Management Support :

Receiving merchandise and conducting unit checks of productsRestocking of approach stocksOrganizing incoming and outgoing transfers between storesOrganizing and maintaining physical and digital inventoryOrganizing and participating in cycle countsMonitoring and controlling reserved products

Daily Support for Sales Team and Customer Service :

Welcoming customers while they wait for a Fashion AdvisorPreparing and serving beverages for customersCeremonial gift-wrapping of purchased products before handing them to the customer.Maintaining order of displayed products on the sales floor and ensuring proper identificationAssisting Visual Merchandising during collection setupsKeeping work tools organized and restocking supplies on the sales floorAssisting with after-sales servicePreparing events and customer gifts

Profile

Rigor, adaptability, initiative, autonomy and excellent interpersonal skills are key to succeeding in this role.Dutch is required; English and French are also spoken in the boutique.The internship will be conducted in a uniform provided by the company while on-site.
