THE ROLE Our stockroom team work collaboratively and seamlessly to fulfil the customer experience from start to finish, going above and beyond for both our stores and customers, bringing our customer journey to life and supporting Browns on our mission to be the coolest multi-channel boutique in the world
In this role you will be responsible for the fulfilment of all online orders for the Retails Stores. Other responsibilities will be to complete 'Same Day' and 'Click and Collect' online orders, as well as to help manage and control the stock integrity in the stockroom by housekeeping and providing support to the Stockroom Manager on a daily basis.WHAT YOU'LL DOSupporting the stockroom with communication with the Sales Associates to locate, pick and run items requested accurately and efficiently, always ensuring the customer journey is seamlessReturn stock from shop floor to the stockroom and store according to correct processWork with Investigations Team to ensure all items unable to be located are investigated within a 24 hour time frameOversee all quality control for ordersWork with stockroom team and Browns distribution centre to control the stock integrityLiaise with the Stockroom Manager in order to create action plans to avoid stock lossPerform cycle counts and regular stock checksGoing above and beyond for the customerSupport the Stockroom Team in the delivery of administrative work related to StockroomWorking with the Web Operations team to pick all online orders within SLA'sPacking all items under the guidelines to despatch to the Distribution CentreWHO YOU ARE Team work is key, this is all about supporting your team and building the best relationships across the boutiqueAdministrative/data entry experience in a fashion retail environmentExperience in stockroom retail preferredProficiency in Microsoft Word and Excel essentialAccuracy and attention to detail is essentialAble to communicate clearly in written and oral formAble to problem solve and multitaskREWARDS & BENEFITSEmployee Pension SchemeFlexible Benefits ProgramHealth Insurance & Critical Illness cover Stock Assistant position is based in Browns flagship boutique located Brook Street, Mayfair.
