We are currently recruiting for a Stock Associate to join our retail team at our Lindt Chocolate Shop- Mississauga. Your availability: Open Key responsibilities: -Receive shipments -Keep warehouse clean and tidy. -Ensure the sales floor is fully stocked. -Help associates retrieve merchandise from stock. -Act as a brand ambassador for our products -Act as a team member to achieve sales targets and objectives. -Other duties as required. Qualifications: -Relevant retail experience -Experience in retail inventory management -Must be comfortable lifting up to 50lbs -Proven work experience as a retail associate, sales representative or similar role. -Basic understanding of customer service practices and sales principles -Familiarity with inventory procedures -Strong communication and interpersonal skills -Friendly and energetic personality, focused on customer service. -Ability to work under pressure and handle complaints in a timely manner. -Willingness to work flexible hours A passion for chocolate!
