As a Stock Controller, you will be integral to our mission by ensuring our warehouse operations run smoothly and efficiently. You will work closely with the Warehouse Supervisor and Manager to maintain accurate stock records and manage all aspects of inventory control in our new Green Field Food Factory.
**Focus of this role is to:**
+ Ensure accurate and timely record-keeping of all inventory movements.
+ Support operations by providing precise stock data to help optimize warehouse efficiency.
+ Implement and maintain inventory control systems in accordance with Nestlé’s standards for safety and quality.
**A DAY IN THE LIFE…**
+ **Inventory Management:** Maintain an accurate log of all stock movements, ensuring discrepancies are swiftly identified and resolved. Oversee cycle counts and periodic stock takes.
+ **Compliance:** Ensure compliance with food safety standards, Nestlé SHE, and regulatory requirements pertaining to stock handling and storage.
+ **Operational Support:** Work alongside the warehousing team to facilitate the efficient flow of goods to and from the warehouse, enhancing service delivery and operational performance.
**What will make you successful…**
+ **Academic Experience:** Bachelor’s degree preferred.
+ **Core Knowledge and Skills:**
+ Strong understanding of inventory management systems.
+ Proficiency in SAP transactions related to stock management.
+ Knowledge of SHE (Safety, Health & Environment) standards.
+ Ability to accurately track and report stock levels.
+ **Experience:**
+ Proven experience in a stock control or similar role within a warehouse or manufacturing environment.
+ Familiarity with food safety in warehousing and good warehousing practices.
+ **Soft Skills:**
+ Excellent organizational skills.
+ Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
+ Effective communication skills, capable of working with teams across different departments.
