Manages Production orders, Closes previous week's, opens new week's, print-outCreates new, close cancelled orders for plan changes within the week. Updates target qties according to realization differenceDoes Alternative order creation (PPE, SRWO)Recycles order creationPrepares the Print-outs and distributesExtracts realization of all phases and registers in the planning excel file to allow controlChecks cogi (movement errors) in parallel with declaration controls. Identifies reasons and mistakes. Corrects declarations, cogi.Organizes spot countings correct production and scrap declarations accordinglyCorrects stocks differences via MB1C which could not be corrected with declaration correctionsShift-based production plan preparing and sendingUpdates SOP (production plan - ZMF50) after changes according sales and material issues are determined.Re-orders carton packaging material weekly to supplierDoes order & stock update in the customer management portalMakes service PR creation regarding direct materialsDoes PR creation for prototype productions - direct materialsMakes Scrap disposal form registeriesMakes Subcontractor scrap declarationsSpot countings registeries (after each series change)Manages Field audit after series change (material movements complete or not)Manages Control of production specific WM implementations (VRF-Missing-MROT)Prepares backlog reportMakes planned countings registeries (each quarter)Prepares scrap report

     Education & Experience

Graduate of Vocational High School or 2 years University education), preferably logistics, electronics, mechanics, secretarial management10 plus years of experience in manufacturing related fieldTeam leading of blue collars is a nice to have in a production environment.Ability to develop employees and provide mentoringAbility to provide multi-functional participationBusiness AcumenDecision QualityMotivating OthersPerspectiveIntermediate English knowledge
