JOB PURPOSE The Stock Management Services Associate at Azadea's Business Services is responsible for conducting transactional stock management activities to provide an effective and efficient end-to-end service to the group. RESPONSIBILITIES + Execute transactions in accordance with specified procedures to accurately record and promptly control all transactions. + Receive, process and fulfill requests, adhering to business requirements and within designated timeframes. + Maintain a high level of control by promptly reporting major problems and areas of non-compliance to the hierarchy, resolving issues in a timely manner. + Uphold a high level of customer service, ensuring internal customers' satisfaction by meeting internal SLAs and promptly addressing requests. **Qualifications** LANGUAGE & TECHNICAL SKILLS Language Proficiency + Fluency in English. + Fluency in French is a plus. Technical Skills + Proficiency in MS Office. EDUCATION Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, or a related field. EXPERIENCE Zero to two years of experience in a similar role.
