Stock Plan Administrator

Job Description:

The Stock Plan Administrator is responsible for the company’s equity incentive programs. This role administers the company stock plans, prepares and provides information to stock plan participants, manages the end-to-end processing of grants, award terminations, equity vesting, exercises, share pool tracking, etc. The position will maintain and update the stock plan administration platform, prepare equity filings, reports and provide analyses and work on moderate to complex projects.

Key Responsibilities:

Lead equity administration including the day-to-day and overall activities of equity compensation administration.

Partner with cross-functional members to ensure all equity life cycle transactions (award grants, releases and exercises, termination/cancellations) are handled end to end, from preparation activities in E*TRADE through the distribution of payroll files, release of associate communications, system uploads, audit/reconciliation and response to inquiries.

Prepare equity reporting, proxy, regulatory, SEC filings, reconciliation and ad hoc administrative needs.

Streamline and automate internal processes, integration of grant data and leverage E*TRADE system functionality.

Maintain data integrity by regularly conducting audits, reviewing demographic and grant data and monitoring and updating tax profiles.

Assess changes in federal and state regulations and securities laws pertaining to equity; determine impacts to existing programs and implement changes to ensure ongoing compliance and efficient processes.

Point of contact for associate inquiries and equity education training.

Participate in, or lead other projects as assigned.

Qualifications:

Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience

5+ years stock plan administration experience in a U.S. public company

Experience with E*TRADE platform, interface files and databases

Familiarity with U.S. GAAP accounting and SEC regulations pertaining to equity

Solid attention to detail and accuracy

Strong data analysis and problem-solving skills

Ability to multitask and meet deadlines with a high level of autonomy

Workday experience preferred
