Stock Plan Administrator
Position Description:

The Stock Plan Administrator will be responsible for managing and administering the company’s equity compensation programs. This role involves ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements, maintaining accurate records, and providing support to employees regarding their stock options and other equity awards.

Your future duties and responsibilities:

• Administer and manage the company’s equity compensation plans, including stock options, restricted stock units (RSUs), and employee stock purchase plans (ESPPs).
• Maintain accurate records of all equity transactions and ensure timely and accurate processing of grants, exercises, and vesting.
• Collaborate with HR, Finance, and Legal teams to ensure compliance with internal policies and external regulations.
• Prepare and distribute equity-related communications to employees, including grant agreements, vesting schedules, and tax information.
• Provide support and guidance to employees regarding their equity awards, including answering questions and resolving issues.
• Assist in the preparation of equity-related reports and disclosures for financial reporting and regulatory filings.
• Stay current with changes in equity compensation regulations and best practices.

Required qualifications to be successful in this role:

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration, or a related field.
• 2+ years of experience in equity compensation administration or a related role.
• Understanding of equity compensation plans and related regulations.
• Proficiency in equity administration software and Microsoft Office Suite.
• Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
