Aerotek is hiring for their Stocker/Linen Tech/Receivers Located in Winston Salem, NC Great way to get your foot in the door with a healthcare system in NC Weekly pay/Competitive when hired on **Description:** + Will be responsible for stocking medical supplies and request orders of new supplies when inventory levels are low + Candidates will be maintaining par closets stocked for nurses and medical staff + Will check expiration dates on supplies to ensure its up to par + Will organized work station and inventory room + Will also received in trucks - sorting and breaking down all carts coming into the hospital + Some receiving experience is required for this role! + Will assist and take ownership of the linen department + May have to put line carts together by sorting and counting clean linens + LINENS DONT GET WASHED AT THE HOSPITAL + You will never have to touch soiled linens + Must be comfortable getting around the hospital and learning the lay out + Candidates will be interacting with nurses and staff as well - customer service is a huge part of the job + Professional appearance and friendly demeanor + Candidates will also maintain inventory of medical supplies in a clean room environment + Ideal candidate will be quick on their feet, be able to jump from one task to another task. + Looking for a candidate that is able to be on feet for long periods of times. + Will have to work every other weekend, is a MUST and holidays as well! **Additional Skills & Qualifications:** + High level of communication skills + Ability to work on feet for 8 to 10 hours + Ability to walk up to 10 miles per shift + High School Diploma or GED is REQUIRED + Ability to cross train and jump from task to task + Shipping or receiving experience + Inventory or stocking experience is required **Shifts vary depending on department, must be open to all of them:** 4am - 2:30pm Tuesday, Wed, Fri & Saturday **Job Type** This is a Contract-to-Hire position, 6 month **Work Site** This is a fully on-site position in Winston-Salem, North Carolina. **About Aerotek:** We know that finding work is hard, and finding meaningful work is harder.
