Stocking Associate
**Job Title: Stockroom Associate** **Job Description** We are looking for an individual to join our manufacturing team as a Stockroom Associate. The candidate will be responsible for receiving, storing, and issuing various materials, maintaining records and receipts of items, identifying materials in stock, and preparing stock items for storage or movement without damage. Additional duties may be assigned as necessary. **Responsibilities** + Receive various materials and enter them into the ERP system (Kinetic) + Count parts after their assigned work order has been completed + Return unused materials back to stock in accordance with stockroom practice + Use ERP system and other tracking systems to search for or inventory materials + Respond to window ticket materials requests as needed + Pull material as part of kits for production services + Solve inventory-related issues such as locating missing material + Perform cycle counts to verify quantities of material located in stock + Participate in special projects including tear downs, preparing parts to be sent to counting, and assembly + Other duties as assigned **Essential Skills** + High school diploma or general education degree (GED) + 1 – 3 years of related experience in a stockroom or warehouse + Basic knowledge of Microsoft Office + Strong written and oral communication skills + Experience using an ERP system is a plus + Ability to use a computer to locate documents on a network + Ability to execute transactions in Kinetic and Microsoft Access + Ability to prioritize and plan work activities to meet objectives + Solid basic math skills + Close attention to detail and accuracy regarding stock management involving: part number recognition, count verification, and ERP system transactions **Additional Skills & Qualifications** + Experience with data entry (ERP system) + Ability to perform ERP Epicore inventory transaction data entry 30-40% of the time with remaining activities including pulling, counting, and stocking inventory + Experience in pulling and installing reeled inventory onto SMT Automation Feeders and removing reeled inventory post-production for x-ray count verification and return to stock **Why Work Here?** We offer a yearly review with potential increases between 3-5%, a great company culture, and astronomical growth opportunities. Employees are required to wear protective clothing such as heel straps and lab coats. While performing duties, employees are frequently exposed to moving mechanical parts and may be exposed to hazards such as chemical, mechanical, and/or radiant energy.
