Stockist - RIVIERA MAYA

In a demanding and constantly changing environment, the stockist navigates all areas of the boutique (floor, various product stocks, administrative centre, packaging area). They are highly professional and help to make CHANEL the ultimate benchmark for luxury. 

Combining an acute sense of customer service, a strong team spirit and great versatility, the stockist helps to optimise the boutique's results in line with the House's commercial and image strategy. They are directly involved in managing daily deliveries and inventories, maintaining the stockroom and monitoring orders. Working directly with the Stock Manager, you will do everything possible to facilitate work on the sales floor so that customers receive the best possible service. 

Your main tasks will be :  

Creating the CHANEL experience

Be co-responsible for maintaining stock and the Boutique in accordance with established rules

Looking for solutions to improve the flow of activity on the floor

Provide support in the field during busy periods to facilitate the work of the sales force.

Contributes to CHANEL's performance

Manages the flow of incoming and outgoing products: opens boxes, applies delivery procedures and places products in reserve.

Ensures that stock is properly maintained and optimises storage space

Prepare and monitor inter-store product transfers

Participate in the organisation and monitoring of inventories

Analysing inventory discrepancies and taking part in product research

Be multi-skilled so as to be able to rotate through field missions as well as through all the shop's product stocks, thereby developing a good knowledge of all the product lines in a stock.

Know your objectives and be a driving force behind the action plans needed to achieve them

Encourage collaboration by sharing information within the store.
