We are looking for a Warehouse Assistant to support the retail department in activities related to the company's logistics operations.

\n\n

The position is for one of our Menswear Corners ECI, \" El Corte Ingles\"  located in Av. Diagonal 576, 08021 Barcelona

\n\n

 

\n\n\n\t\n\t

20 hours per week.

\n\t\n\t\n\t

Rotating weekly shifts.

\n\t\n\t\n\t

Full-time job

Long-term contract.

Physical work, It´s  important to be methodical and orderly

Understanding of IT. Experience with PDA, Excel, RFID is highly valued.

Warehouse with a capacity of 8,000 pieces.

What you can expect:

Reception of Goods:

\n\n\n\tUnload and verify received merchandise.\n\tEnsure that the received products match the purchase orders.\n\n\n

Storage:

\n\n\n\tSort and organize products on the corresponding shelves.\n\tEnsure that products are stored safely and accessibly.\n\n\n

Inventory Management:

\n\n\n\tConduct periodic inventory counts.\n\tUpdate inventory records in the management system.\n\n\n

Order Preparation:

\n\n\n\tPick and pack products for customer orders.\n\tLabel and prepare shipments for distribution.\n\n\n

Warehouse Maintenance:

\n\n\n\tKeep the work area clean and organized.\n\tEnsure compliance with safety regulations.\n\n\n

Collaboration:

\n\n\n\tWork closely with other departments, such as sales and logistics.\n\tAssist in resolving issues related to inventory and shipments.\n

 

Your profile:

\n\tPrevious experience of 1 to 3 years in a previous position as a Warehouse Assistant in retail.\n\tAbility to maintain an organized and efficient warehouse.\n\tSkill in managing multiple tasks.\n\tAttention to detail in merchandise and its registration.\n\tEndurance and resilience, physical strength skills.\n\tAbility to move and lift medium to heavy objects.\n\tFamiliarity with management and inventory systems, as well as technological tools.\n\tTeam player.\n\tAvailability to work variable hours and shifts.\n
