Ultra Electronics, ICE is seeking a Stockroom Clerk to join our Production Team. This role is primarily responsible for processing parts through receiving and examining and inspecting stock items. The ideal candidate will possess great attention to detail, organizational skills, and will be an excellent team player.

Responsibilities

Process parts through receiving using the ERP system verifying all identifiable information is correct between the purchase order, the supplier packing slip and the part packagingAssemble kits using existing inventory for productions builds of new product, verifying part numbers are accurate based on the BOM (bill of material)Examine and inspect stock items for wear or defects, reporting any damage to managementPerform cyclic inventory counts generated from the ERP system weeklyFill ad hoc requests from the production floor in a timely mannerEnsure all documentation relevant to stockroom tasks is filled out accurately and all ERP transactions are done correctlyAdditional duties as required

Required Qualifications

High School Diploma or equivalentUS Person or a non-US Person who is eligible to obtain any required Export Authorization.

Preferred Qualifications

Prefer one year of stockroom or other relevant experience

Physical Requirements

Physical demands occasionally required employee to sit; climb or balance; and stoop, kneel, crouch or crawl. May require prolonged periods of standing or sitting.  The employee must frequently lift and/or move up to 40 pounds up to 75 pounds occasionallySpecific vision abilities required by this job include close vision, distance vision, color vision, peripheral vision, and depth perception.
