What will I be doing?
Jefe de almacen, you are responsible for processing purchase orders, ensuring on-time deliveries, and organizing stock efficiently to deliver an excellent Guest and Member experience. Jefe de almacén will also be required to manage overall spend and work directly with suppliers. Specifically, you will be responsible for performing the following tasks to the highest standards:
\n\nProcessing purchase orders\nEnsure deliveries arrive within the required time frame\nReconcile delivery notes with purchase orders\nEnsure stock is organized and placed efficiently\nMonthly stock take and reconciliation of stock\nControl the status of the overall spend against budgeted profiles\nArrange returns and repairs with suppliers\nEnsure good relationships are built with internal and external customers\nPerform special projects and other responsibilities as assigned\nWhat are we looking for?
