Forge & Build is Hiring a Store Associate: Sales Forge & Build is immediately hiring a Store Associate: Sales to join our Ashland, MO team to be responsible for SALES/DELIVERY/ETC. Pay range: $14 - $16 Schedule: Monday to Friday, 7:00 AM to 5:00 PM, and offers overtime pay after working 40 hours. Primary Responsibilities + Associate will assist in the receiving, stocking, cleaning, merchandising and overall store cleanliness + Maintain a friendly helpful attitude + Assist customers in solving their problems + Maintain a positive, professional and safe environment at all times + Assist in keeping the sales floor clean and orderly, including signage and bintags + Maintain strong product knowledge + Provide outstanding customer service Skills & Qualifications + Ability to communicate effectively with customers and fellow employees + High school diploma or GED equivalent + Former retail or trade (ex: building, electrical, plumbing, HVAC) experience preferred + Standing, walking, lifting (up to 50lbs) and climbing required + Inherent desire to learn and develop on an individual basis + Strive for continuous improvement + This is a safety sensitive position and any offer of employment will be contingent on passing a 10 panel drug screen EquipmentShare is an EOE M/F/D/V
