Starting rate of pay will be: $15.25/hour!
\nThe Store Associate is responsible for providing outstanding customer service, maintaining a clean and safe environment, accurately executing customer check-out processes, efficiently stocking products, and serving our customers in a collaborative team environment.
\nEssential Duties:
\n\nProvides excellent customer service through all engagement activities in the store\nPerforms general cleaning duties and maintenance of a safe environment\nProcesses customer purchases and executes cash balancing for the cash drawer flawlessly\nKeeps shelves appropriately stocked and maintains presentation of merchandised product utilizing material handling equipment\nMaintains pricing and signage accuracy of all products\nParticipates in store inventory counts, opening/closing procedures, and working in cold environments\nOther duties as assigned.\n\nQualifications:
\n\n\nHigh school diploma or GED preferred\n3+ months of retail experience preferred, food service industry a plus\nBilingual English/Spanish preferred\nRequired to stand, bend, reach, push, pull, lift, carry, and walk about the store\nMust be able to occasionally lift and/or move up to 100lbs; frequently lift and/or move up to 50 lbs. on shelving of various heights\nRegularly use industrial ladders (moving, climbing, stocking shelves while on the ladders)\nMust be flexible and willing to work the demands of the department which may be subject to evenings, weekends and some holidays.\n\n
