Main Responsibilities of a Store Assistant Manager: Responsible for Guest satisfaction, it is our focus and top priority Responsible for every aspect of everyday supervision of store functions Responsible for resources management Takes care of stock, staff, and sales management Store Assistant Manager Job Description: We are looking for an experienced and skilled Store Assistant Manager with remarkable skills, who will run a store effectively and with attention to detail. As a Store Assistant Manager, you will be in constant contact with the staff and guests, ensuring the highest quality guest services and monitoring the overall financial performance of the store. Your responsibilities will include greeting the staff and guests, providing intelligent recommendations and suggestions, building guest and brand trust, assisting the staff with their needs, and ensuring the guests have a great experience. More importantly, you will need to be reliable, accommodating, courteous, and friendly to ensure that ALL guests are fully satisfied.
