Ventia are currently seeking a highly organized and proactive Store Attendant to facilitate third-party contractors in conducting local distribution activities. As a key part of our team, you will act as a liaison between the store and contractors, ensuring smooth operations. .

 

The role is part time 20hrs a week with flexible working arrangement.

 

Responsibilities 

 

Serve as the primary point of contact for third-party contractors involved in local distribution. 

Ensure compliance with safety and operational standards in all distribution activities. 

Troubleshoot and resolve any issues that may arise during the distribution process. 

Provide excellent customer service to contractors and ensure their smooth experience on-site.

 

Mandatory

Strong organizational and time-management skills.  Ability to work independently and as part of a team.  Current Driver's License Computer literate with skills in Excel, Word and Email.  Exercises good communication and interpersonal skills.  Attention to detail and problem-solving skills.

 

Desirable

Warehouse / Logistics experience  Previous experience with Defence Inventory Systems MILIS (plus) 

You must be an Australian citizen and able to maintain a Department of Defence Security Clearance to Apply.
