Store Auditor

The Store Auditor position is responsible for conducting store operational audits (SSVR’s) primarily in the US and Puerto Rico, with possible travel in Canada. These audits influence sales, margin and profit by overseeing compliance standards in Pittsburgh Paints NA Stores.  Manage the collection, coordination, mapping and distribution of key loss prevention / store audit data points and multiple projects for the Store Operations and Sales teams.


Reporting to the Manager of Operations and Compliance and work remotely.


Key Responsibilities
•    Completion of store operational audits based on the risk matrix or as assigned within the stores business line.
•    Conduct training meetings on operational audit findings
•    Manage, supports/coordinates key Loss Prevention, Store Audit and Store Operations projects
•    Maintain, collects,  and maps loss prevention and store audit business intelligence, including risk assessments, store audits, and store visit assessments...
•    Create and analyze point of sale system reports, and coordinate activities of businesses or departments concerned with risk mitigation affecting pricing, sales, expenses and margin improvements from a loss prevention or store audit perspective.
•    Work closely with the IT department to help automate any reports created for the benefit of the Stores Operations, Sales & LP / Audit team.
•    Use CAMS and LPMS tools to track results and establish benchmarks.
•    Other tasks as assigned by manager
Qualifications
•    College degree preferred or at least 3 years of store management experience.
•    Ability to work in a fast paced environment, and travel overnight 75%.
•    Ability to prioritize, multi-task and work with cross functional teams.
•    Analytical skills, technical skills and business intelligence.
•    Experience with computers, Micro Soft Office software and Web based applications required.
