Job Description
The Store Coordinator is responsible for ensuring the efficient operation of the store by managing inventory, assisting customers, and maintaining a clean and organized environment. This role requires strong attention to detail, effective communication skills, and the ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams.
ResponsibilitiesProcess store reorders to maintain optimal inventory levels.Perform regular inventory cycle counts to ensure accuracy in stock levels.Check products for expiration dates and ensure proper rotation.Receive and verify store deliveries ensuring all items are accounted for.Stock shelves efficiently and maintain product displays.Provide assistance and troubleshooting for self-checkout systems.Assist in loading heavy materials as needed.Maintain a clean and organized store environment to enhance customer experience.Verify product pricing to ensure accuracy and compliance.Perform other duties as assigned by management.Partner with cafeteria vendors to check in and verify deliveries.Assist with the management of factory uniform inventory.Collaborate cross-functionally on the introduction of new items and sales initiatives.Utilize basic computer skills including proficiency in Microsoft Office to support daily operations.Essential SkillsHigh school diploma or equivalent.Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.Ability to lift and move heavy materials.Basic computer skills including knowledge of Microsoft Office applications.Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.Additional Skills & QualificationsPrevious experience in retail or store operations preferred.Work Environment
The Store Coordinator will work in a dynamic retail environment, involving both customer interaction and back-end inventory management. The role requires physical activity, such as lifting and moving heavy materials. Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications is necessary to support daily operations. The environment is collaborative, with opportunities to work cross-functionally to introduce new items and sales initiatives.
Pay and Benefits
The pay range for this position is $19.00 - $21.00/hr.
