Your missions : You'll be in charge of : Designing store projects for the EMEA region. Adapting & applying Global design concepts to regional needs Providing rendering and technical drawings for local supplier Following up Store design project (budget and suppliers support)Develop and improve the store design brand image in the region Developing sustainable and cost efficient solution Creating & realizing relevant and complete guidelines for the regional Store Design and VM Supporting implementation and development of the permanent VMCreation of planograms according to the Brands’ Global / Regional marketing plans Creating design for specific flagship windows and/or temporary activations Making survey competition and analyzing SD/VM competitive advantages. Building close relationships with Regional stakeholders & Affiliates, SDVM teams, shopfitters. Ensuring Constant optimization of work tools, processes and communication Qualifications Education Interior design diploma or equivalent Work Experience 5 years minimum in interior design agency or in merchandising central department in store designHave wide knowledge of the world of luxury cosmetics and the relevant retail channels (FSS, Department stores, Perfumeries) Competencies & Success Factors Strong organizational skills, proactive and detail oriented Great Communication skills English is mandatory Software (MAC): Adobe Creative Suite (InDesign, Photoshop, Illustrator),Autocad, Sketchup MandatoryAdded software: Vray, Microsoft Office, Keyshot Job: Creative / Design Primary Location: Europe, Middle East, Africa-FR-IDF-Paris Job Type: Standard Schedule: Full-time Shift: 1st (Day) Shift Job Number: 245290
