Job Title : Store Keeper

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Store Keeper (Inventory & Administrative Finance Coordinator) to manage store operations, administrative tasks, and financial activities efficiently. The ideal candidate should have experience in inventory management, general administration, and basic finance functions.

  Key Responsibilities:

 

Storekeeping:

Maintain and update stock records. Ensure proper inventory control and stock levels. Conduct periodic stock audits and reconciliation. Coordinate with suppliers for material procurement.

Administration:

Handle office documentation and record-keeping. Assist in procurement and vendor management. Oversee day-to-day office/admin operations.

Finance:

Maintain basic financial records and cash keeping.   Requirements: B Com degree Experience in storekeeping, administration, and finance functions. Proficiency in MS Office and inventory management. Strong organizational and multitasking skills.
