Starting Pay:
$23.63 per hour + uncapped commission + profit sharingAverage monthly incentive potential: $915, with unlimited earning potential!As a Store Leader, you'll be responsible for:
Leading your team to achieve store goals in repair volume, sales, speed, and profit.Coaching and motivating your team to meet performance targets and deliver exceptional customer service.Ensuring a positive customer experience by solving problems and empowering your team to do the same.Maintaining store operations, including inventory management, a clean store environment, and adhering to Asurion’s values.Key Responsibilities:
Team Leadership: Inspire, develop, and coach team members to achieve their full potential. Conduct performance reviews and provide feedback.Customer Service & Sales: Guide your team in delivering excellent service, solving problems, and offering tailored tech solutions.Problem-Solving: Lead by example to address customer issues and help your team work through challenges.Store Operations: Oversee repair quality, maintain inventory, and ensure a clean, welcoming space for customers and employees.Adaptability: Support all roles in the store, from device repair to customer service.What You’ll Bring:
High School Diploma or equivalent (GED)1+ years of leadership experience, including coaching and training2+ years of customer service experienceProficiency in Microsoft Office, especially ExcelStrong communication, organizational, and problem-solving skillsFlexibility to work weekends, holidays, and varying shiftsMotivation to meet and exceed performance goalsPerks & Benefits:
