Responsibilities and Duties
Drive the team to achieve sales and KPI resultsLead the sales cycle through every step of the processLabor management and effective scheduling according to business requirementsOperational excellence Effective hiring and training of all team membersAct as brand ambassador to build external pipeline of customers and candidatesStrategize and execute eventsManage and inspire a team of sales specialistsMaintain visual brand standards at all timesAct as a style advisor to every customer that walks through the doorEnjoy the sun (as always)!Qualifications and Skills
