We’re partnering with one of the leading brands in the retail industry to find a dynamic and motivated Store Manager who will be at the forefront of driving store operations, leading a team, and achieving business goals.

 

Your Role:

Manage and motivate a team of 12/15 people to deliver outstanding customer service and achieve sales targets. Oversee day-to-day store operations, ensuring a smooth and efficient workflow. Drive store performance by managing stock, budgeting, and maximizing sales opportunities. Hire, train, and mentor staff to build a cohesive and high-performing team. Ensure every customer has a fantastic shopping experience, from the first hello to the last goodbye. Ensure all operational procedures are followed, and the store maintains a safe and welcoming environment for both customers and staff.

Your Profile:

A proven track record in retail management and leading teams to success. You’re able to inspire, motivate, and manage effectively while providing clear direction. You understand how to manage store operations, control costs, and achieve KPIs. You have a genuine interest in the latest trends and delivering exceptional customer service. You’re proactive and ready to take initiative in overcoming challenges. Fluency in Swiss German and English is a must (additional languages are a plus!).
