ResponsibilitiesDrive store sales growth, promotional sales, customer service surveys/results, and fuel break evenManage store operating costs to be at or below planEnsure store is fully staffed with succession plans in place, train store team members to be highly proficient and to follow training guidelines and are actively demonstrating our principles and core competenciesMaintain compliance to fuel and merchandising programsSupport company initiatives/roll-outs and maintain changesReport and handle all safety incidents per company guidelines
RequirementsMust be 18+ Years of age, 19 in Indiana, 20 in Kentucky and 21 in Illinois, Arkansas, Kansas, and AlabamaMust have a Bachelor’s Degree OR 1 year of continuous Store Manager experience OR 1 year of continuous Assistant Store Manager experienceMust be able to perform repeated bending, standing, and reachingMust be able to occasionally lift up to 50 poundsPerform other duties as required or assigned
