About the program

 

The Store Manager Accelerator Program has been created for high potential candidates to have accelerated progression into a Store Manager role with Coles.

 

As part of a close-knit cohort, participants will experience hands-on practical learning through store placements, shadowing opportunities, self-paced and facilitator-led training, mentoring, and coaching.

 

Apply now for the 6-month program and prepare to lead with full support and room for growth. Upon completion, you'll be fully ready to take on the role of Store Manager, with the opportunity to lead over 100 employees and advance further in your retail career.

 

You’ll receive post-program support and the opportunity for further progression throughout the group to continue to fuel your passion for a career in retail.

The Store Manager Accelerator Program (SMAP) is a game-changing initiative for retail leaders with big ambitions.  Designed to support women into leadership roles, this 6-month program is your opportunity to fast-track into a Store Manager role with Coles. You’ll gain hands-on experience through store placements, mentoring, shadowing, and both self-paced and facilitator-led training.

 

From day one, you’ll be set up for success, with ongoing support even after you’ve completed the program.
