HUGO BOSS is looking for an experienced Store Manager for its Corner ECI located in Madrid-Serrano (El Corte Inglés) for its BOSS MAN & WOMAN sections.

\n\n

Essential Requirements:

\n\n\n\tPrevious experience as a Store Manager in the retail sector for 3-5 years (Luxury Retail is a plus).\n\tExperience in ECI or premium retail shopping centers.\n\tHigh level of English, Advanced C1. Essential, a level test will be conducted.\n\tExperience managing teams.\n\tExperience managing KPIs and Action Plans.\n\tImmediate availability.\n\tStaffing: approximately 5-7 people.\n\tPermanent contract, full-time position of 40 hours.\n

\n\n\n\tAccountable for driving the team to achieve the location’s performance targets and KPIs and define action plans for short and long term target achievements\n\tCoaching, developing and appraising of the team\n\tEffective recruiting and succession planning as well as networking\n\tImplement and maintain a customer centric mindset to build a loyal customer base\n\tDrive the use of all available tools and ensure procedures are executed and policies followed\n\tBuild and maintain awareness of our competitors and local markets by sharing any relevant findings with your Area Manager and retail team\n

 

Your profile:

\n\tPrevious experience in a similar management role within a fashion and lifestyle retail environment\n\tExcellent leadership and people management skills to lead, motivate, train and develop the team through active management\n\tAbility to be flexible and adaptable to the need of the business\n\tDemonstrate strong commercial acumen and brand knowledge\n\tWillingness to constantly learn & develop\n\tExcellent communication skills at all levels, both written and verbal\n\tExperience in networking & building relationships\n
