In this role you will be responsible for maximizing company sales growth and profitability by leading, planning and managing strategic scheduling, measurements, tracking and improvements for store performance as directed and in partnership with the Senior Vice President of Store, Regional Directors and Senior Director of Store Operations. 

This is an on-site position based out of our Northbrook, IL officesThis role is an Individual Contributor/People leader position 


A day in the life as a Store Operations Business Partner -Scheduling and Reporting

Manage and execute the alignment of business results and accountability with business strategies - working closely as directed by Senior Store Leadership and in coordination with all financial, business intelligence, marketing and eComm partnersLead consistent, aligned standards for scheduling tools, process, best practices, and education  Lead coordination of reporting, tracking, analytics for scheduling in order to drive  conversion, labor efficiency and payroll performance goals Deliver actionable scheduling insights and opportunities to leadership in order to drive more productive business decisions Manage partnership with 3rd party vendor to ensure ongoing updates and enhancements to the tool, reporting, and support needed   As directed by store leadership and in partnership with BI - develop, deliver and manage streamlined and consistent scorecard goals and tracking Drive P&L and productivity management for store team through education, tools, goals and tracking  Drive retail profitability and process improvement for stores - identify upstream, root cause issues impacting customer and associate experience utilizing store feedback, data, and field experience, work with partners to develop and deploy solutions Lead areas of expertise in cross functional routines with a strong point of view empowered through data analysis, store feedback, and strategic goals  Partner with Technology on continual enhancements in all systems, technology and devices - internal and 3rd party - relevant to area of expertiseNegotiate across partners on emerging work assignments - when to lead, participate, and/or move accountability to appropriate department and/or team Drive process improvement for stores - continually removing or streamlining work that does not enhance the customer experience

Strong ability to evolve scheduling practices by developing, implementing and leading a consistent approach to scheduling tools, process, resources to drive conversion and labor efficiencyDemonstrate high level execution skills - scoping, planning, leadership, delivery, follow up Ability to use data insight to assess, make decisions, and track results and trendsStrong communication skills in developing content, training and presentations for area of expertisePassion for retail environment with demonstrated commitment to side by side in store experience and team interactions Innovative and creative with resources available - willingness to take risks to discover new ways of approaching work Seeks out new opportunities, thrives on change, able to read the scene and adapt to situations and expectations quickly and independently Ability to quickly and effectively assess, flex, and shift own and team work to meet ongoing business priorities

Minimum Starting Rate: $83,000.00 Hourly

Up to: $110,000.00 Hourly

Pay ranges will be adjusted upward as needed to comply with applicable state and local law. In addition to your salary, based on your role, associates may be eligible for other compensation including bonuses, sales incentives, and long term incentives.
