Store Planning Director
About this role
A high-end luxury fashion brand is looking for a Store Planning Director to join their team. You will lead and manage the Project Management group who support the individual store progress and coordinate with the retail operational teams to ensure smooth and successful store openings. This is an excellent opportunity to join a renowned brand and facilitate their growth globally. 

Key Responsibilities Manage and build the master project program and briefing documents with all stakeholders Liaise with regional leads to strategically plan, budget, prioritise and assess new locations renovations for CEO approval Maintain and establish a network of suppliers globally to design and deliver stores to the high creative and quality standards Negotiate and coordinate design, build and technical requirements according to the type and location of projects Coordinate and manage the creation of design guidelines as a “play book” for various creative partners to work with particularly on regional stores, shop in shops and wholesale partner projects Lead and manage in house project management team, ensure excellent relationships with internal and external key stakeholders, maintain and build a loyal network of suppliers based on mutual respect and collaboration Lead and manage the Retail Property Project Management team Manage and coordinate with stakeholders such as internal (store designers, retail operations, IT, security, retail planning/merchandising), external consultants (architects, engineers, store designers), as well general contractors and suppliers to meet timelines Provide technical expertise and property management support as required to regional retail maintenance teams
Skills and Experience   Bachelor’s degree in architecture/engineering or construction management 9 + years of experience within store planning/design/construction environment Experience in high end luxury retail projects Strong knowledge of Construction Standards, Codes & Processes Experience in reviewing and negotiating contracts both design and build Experience working with international vendors and consultants Strong communication and managerial skills Proficient with MS Office, AutoCAD, project management software such MS Project
