Store Supervisor
*Responsibilities:-* * Receiving:* * Goods to be received from vendor via TA Store including machine spare parts, consumables, chemical, tools, potion of packing materials, Dry Ice Container. * Inspect goods condition and ensure the received item is the same as it is in DO. * Perform Goods Receiving (GR) – If storekeeper not on duty. * Arranging spare parts, chemical and consumable to the designated place * Countercheck on the storage shelf to ensure stock in sufficient level. * Unloading, loading, storing or arranging items using a forklift, reach truck or pallet truck according to the suitability of items and conditions. * Issuing:* * Goods issuing to production, reliability team, and engineers. * To prepare the item (spare parts, chemical and consumable) as per Material Request Form/Work Order given by production staff/Engineering Technician, issue based on FIFO. * Perform Goods Issuing (GI) – If storekeeper not on duty. * Using a forklift, reach truck or pallet truck according to the suitability of the item and the situation. * Reporting:* * Monthly/Weekly updating : Chemical and lubricant: Monthly check the list of items that have a shelf life. To make sure the shelf life is more than 3 months. * Weekly updating - Ensuring the physical quantity of consumable is equivalent to the total number of SAP systems. * Monthly stock count will be made at the end of every 2nd week of every month. * Others:* * Check on stock discrepancies (if any) to identify root cause and report to TA Manager. * Preparing monthly expenses report. * Discussion/solving/updating with Procurement Team regarding Urgent / critical parts ordering or any problem might have in TA Store. * Prepare Monthly Stock Reports, meeting with direct manager. * Ensure proper housekeeping and 5S in TA Store and Building 2. * Requirements:-* * Certificate or Diploma * Minimum 5 years of working experience in manufacturing industry/related field is important for this position. * Preferably junior executive specializing in Purchasing/Inventory/Material/Warehouse Management or equivalent. * Experience in driving forklift The Hershey Company is an Equal Opportunity Employer.
