Role Responsibilities:
Responsible for the overall maintenance and management of Empty Goods Store as per Company standards and requirements
Responsible for all receipt of empties, dispatch of empties, posting and reconciliation of empties
Responsible for the organization and layout of Empties Goods Store
Responsible for all postings on SAP and other approved, regulated software
Ensuring all reports are shared on time and promptly
Collaborating closely with internal/external stakeholders to ensure safe traffic management within Empties Goods Store compound
Engaging internal/external stakeholders for the timely return of empties
Lead all aspects of casual workers assigned for specific tasks such as disposals, crating and ensure work is delivered accordingly as per the agreed timeframes
Supervise the stacking requirements of all empties and ensure tagging is adhered to
Ensure cleanliness, hygiene and safe operations in Empties Goods Store
Experience / skills required:
Minimum 2 years’ experience as a store keeper or Inventory Controller in handling FMCGs.
Must exposed to a Performance driven environment with measurable KPIs.
Demonstrable ability to keep accurate warehousing stock registers.
BSc, in a supply chain, Finance or related subject.
Excellent interpersonal skills, both verbal and written.
Ability to use WMS systems
