Description

This position works primarily in a warehouse environment. You will perform receiving functions, stock, pick/pack, and deliver medical supplies to UCLA Health’s hospital and ambulatory clinics. 

 

Responsibilities include:

Data entry utilizing the Materials Management computer system Complete shipments by processing and loading orders and ensure all goods are in excellent condition Prepare orders by processing requests and supply orders; pulling materials; packing boxes; placing orders in delivery area Incumbents will be required to operate warehouse equipment, drive forklifts, order pickers, and delivery trucks. Completes deliveries by driving truck or van and coordinates the timely delivery of supplies and equipment adhering to delivery schedule procedures. Maintains truck or van by completing preventive maintenance requirements Enforces inventory controls by collecting stock location orders and report any missing or lost inventory to management Provides quality service by following organization standards Preserves safe and clean work environment by keeping shelves, pallet area, and workstations neat

 

This is a “as needed” part-time per diem position; schedule and work hours may vary. May convert to Career.

 

Salary Range: $24.37-24.37 Hourly
