Responsibilities

Storekeeper REPORTS TO: Chefs SUMMARY:

 

The storekeeper is responsible for maintaining The BOH entrances free of objects, shelves clean and restocked, in their proper location, ware washing, receiving deliveries, maintaining the storage areas and general cleaning responsibilities of both the front of the house and back of the house rotating products utilizing the FIFO method and to understand the day dotes for proper rotation of the products. 30% - Re-stocking 30% - Receiving deliveries 10% - Maintaining storage areas clean and organized 10% - Remove dirty dishes from FOH and assist in FOH cleaning as needed 10% - Retrieve and return products to the storage or loading facilities as needed 10% - Maintain dish machine area, chemical levels, cleanliness, disposal clearing.
