Working as a Warehouse Associate, you will be responsible for meeting customer delivery standards, locating and picking dealer orders in a timely, accurate and safe manner. 
 

Reporting to a Warehouse Coach you will be required to meet Caterpillar’s Safety, Quality, Productivity and Velocity standards. 
 

The primary responsibilities of the role include (but are not limited to): 

Picking and PackingLocatingDespatching Loading/Unloading material Unpacking and receiving warehouse goodsForklift operations (LF and/or LO)RF Scanning / Voice Pick 

Key selection criteria: 

Excellent interpersonal and communication skillsStrong commitment to safetyExcellent attendance record is a mustPrior warehousing experience within a fast paced logistics environmentCertificate 3 or 4 in manufacturing and / or warehousing and distributionWillingness to adapt to change RF / Voice Pick experience Strong EWM or SAP knowledgeExcellent commitment to Quality and high attention to detail Forklift licence desired (LF and/or LO) but not essential
