Job tasks and responsibilities
Receive and inspect incoming goodsManage consumables stocks as required Inspect finished items according to job traveler and ensure a high quality standardAssist in pick packing and dispatch, ensuring only the highest quality product and packaging leaves the workshop.Soft seal and mark items if requiredPrint labels and attach to goodsPick up and deliver itemsMonitor lifting operations up to 5 tonneInspect lifting equipment daily and complete reports within schedulePerform company vehicle and forklift inspections & pre-startsEnsure a safe and clean workshopAssist in other areas and personnel as directed by the Workshop ManagerSkills and experience
2+ years experience in the mechanical manufacturing industry Experience using ERP – SystemsManual drivers license essentialForklift ticket essentialRigging ticket would be advantageous Able to operate electrical hand toolsOrganizational skills essentialBeing fast, efficient, reliable and productiveFast learning abilityExcellent communication in EnglishValid working visa / Australia work rights essentialWhat’s in for you:
