5 days a week / 6:00am - 1:00pm

JOB SUMMARY
Inventory all food and non-food in Food & Nutrition Services storeroom, freezers and walk-in refrigerators.Receives food deliveries, stock shelves, and rotates stock on a first in, first out basis.Inventory all food and non-food supplies on nursing units.Stock units with items for age specific patients by assigned par levels.Assembles food items needed for production area, tray line, and cafeteria.Enters data for floor stocks in DFM computer systemPrints floor stock requisitions.Verifies for quantity and pricing.Edits and/or modifies as necessary.Update each unit floor stock's requisition.Fills carts for cafeteria and production area, utilizing requisition sheets.Enters data into DFM stock editor for withdrawals, prints, verifies for quantity, etc. and updates if correct.Chop fresh vegetables daily to be used salad bar and for patient tray service.responsible for delivering 10:00am nourishments and supplies.QUALIFICATIONS:
High School diploma or equivalent or higher required.Prior experience in food service is preferred.Ability to read and write required.
