GENERAL PURPOSE: Maintain accurate storeroom inventory. ESSENTIAL JOB FUNCTIONS: * Maintains Storeroom Inventory (Adjusts Max and Min Stocking Levels for Parts by Running Re-Order Point and Reviewing Historical Data) * Identify Obsolete Parts in Storeroom * Maintain Prints and Parts Books * Read Prints and Parts Books to Identify Needed Parts * Track Order Statuses * JDE * Performs Weekly Cycle Counts in Storeroom * Kits / Parts from Work Orders in Preparation for Maintenance Work * Research and Cross Reference Parts for Cost and Availability * Performs and Maintains 5s on Storeroom and Shop * Work with Outside and In House Resources to Identify and Order Parts, Supplies, and Tools * Add New Parts and Assess Criticality of these Parts * Be Available to Off Shifts for Parts Assistance * Any task deemed necessary by the supervisor * Ensures all purchasing functions follow established Internal Control Policies and Procedures * Keep accurate financial records and reporting to plant management * ROP generation * ROP/ROQ changes * Shipping/receiving of parts/chain of custody * Navigating CPRO/SOP\u2019s * Managing VMI, safety, and etc. * Managing budget * AVM/RNV * Restock * Integrity * Location changes/Return to stock/stale inventory * . QUALIFICATIONS: * Work with and without direction to complete tasks and insure no interruption of production flow * Experience with JDE* Must have the ability to read and comprehend simple instructions. * Must be able to understand and communicate in English. * Must be able to pass a basic reading test. * Must have the ability to perform basic arithmetic including addition and subtraction. * Must be willing to work overtime as needed; significant overtime may be required during busy periods. * Must be able to maintain good attendance. * Must be able to identify quality issues. * Must be able to perform all essential functions of the job with or without reasonable accommodation.
