/*generated inline style */ Job DescriptionThe Storeroom Coordinator will provide support to our Stores department. This is a "hands on" position assisting in organizing and maintaining the proper inventory levels of manufacturing part and supplies.
Responsibilities
Continually keep the physical inventory on various manufacturing parts and supplies and report results to the Site's Store Manager on a timely basis.Contact vendors regarding shortages/overages. Expedite orders as needed.Receive small part orders, verify contents with packing slip against purchase order to make sure correct item(s)/quantity is received.Perform Quarterly inventory.Receive items and stock storeroom.Unload delivery trucks.Log items to be shipped out for repairs and returning from being repairs in repair tracking log.Transport vendor shipments to all buildings on campus.Check PPE cabinets and parts cabinets for supplies and restock as needed.Clean immediate work area. Assist as needed in general plant cleaning as requiredOther duties as assigned.Education & Experience
