Purpose of Role: The Store Admin Assistant is responsible for overseeing all aspects of inventory control and management, ensuring seamless operations from receipt to distribution. This includes maintaining optimal inventory levels to support production needs while minimizing excess and stockouts. Proficiency in utilizing inventory management systems, particularly Oracle is essential.

Key Responsibilities:

Focus Area: Managing inventory of equipment parts and supplies. Maintaining accurate records of inventory levels and transactions.

Focus Area: Assisting internal departments with locating and retrieving equipment and parts as needed.

Focus Area: Conducting periodic inventory audits to reconcile physical inventory with records.

Focus Area: Using Oracle and MS Office systems to track stock levels and transactions accurately.

Job Knowledge/ Education and Qualifications:

High School Diploma or Equivalent experience

Prior experience in an inventory control environment

Prior Manufacturing or Maintenance Experience is a Plus.

MS Office suite is required.

Experience in Oracle ERP is a plus.

Experience driving a Forklift is a preferable.
