Duties and Responsibilities:
Issuing of tools, spare parts and consumables as and when requested.Monitor stock levels and reorder items to meet the sites requirements.Work with the Stores Manager to Continuously Improve the Stores layout.Ensure stock levels are accurate and maintain all relevant records.Action item discrepanciesProcess incoming goods into the Stores system.Maintain accurate tooling recordsAdhere to all EHS policies and procedures.Maintain GMP within the Stores environmentRaise and track purchase requisitionsPerform all relevant SAP transactionsIdentify and negotiate with suppliers to ensure best price / lead time is being achieved for stock and non-stock items.Responsible for transport and storage of heavy items using FLT.Input to stores KPI’s, including correct logging of purchasing information.6S champion for stores areaPerform second line maintenance on spares if requiredRaise / track purchase orders to ensure best price / lead time is achieved.Principal Contacts
