Job Summary

The Environmental Services Team provides expertise and services for all types of regulatory and environmental related projects. Project types include, but are not limited, to NPDES permitting, stormwater management, stream and wetland mitigation, mitigation banking, field studies, NEPA, and wetland delineations.

Responsibilities and Duties

The Stormwater Engineer/Scientist will have experience with the following disciplines:

Municipal Stormwater Management program development and implementationMunicipal stormwater policy and regulation developmentNPDES Compliance and Environmental Permitting (i.e., SWMP, SWPPPs, SPCCs, etc.)Water QualityEPA regulatory knowledgeConstruction Stormwater managementTechnical writing experienceClient interaction and communicationStormwater focused training content development and presentation experience

Qualifications and Skills

7+ years of experience in an engineering or science based professional environmentProgressive advancement from project scientist/engineer to program manager within 5 yearsDemonstrated ability to communicate and lead strategic session to address client needs and goalsPublic speaking and presentation experienceCreative/innovative skills
