Supports Food and Beverage department in ensuring all ovens, ranges, stoves, broilers, grills, deep fryers, etc are cleaned and maintained to Company standards and specifications. Must assemble and disassemble kitchen� equipment and clean. Maintain safety and sanitation standards in accordance with the policies of the Department of Health.
