Our client is a leading property management firm in Vancouver that has been operating for over 40 years.  Our client is looking for a Strata Manager to join their growing team.
We are seeking an experienced and motivated Strata Manager who has a minimum of 2 years of experience in strata management and is well-versed in managing residential and/or commercial properties. As a Strata Manager, you will play a key role in providing high-quality service to clients, ensuring their strata properties are managed effectively, and overseeing all day-to-day operations.

What You Will Be Doing:

Manage a portfolio of residential strata properties.

Act as the primary point of contact for property owners, tenants, and service providers.

Oversee building operations, maintenance, and repairs, ensuring compliance with bylaws and regulations.

Organize and attend strata meetings, including AGM and council meetings.

Prepare and review budgets, financial statements, and reports for clients.

Coordinate with contractors, vendors, and other service providers for property maintenance and improvements.

Assist in the enforcement of strata bylaws and rules.

Stay current with changes in property management laws and regulations.

Who You Are:

Minimum 2 years of experience as a Strata Manager or in property management.

Strata Management License is required.

Strong knowledge of the Strata Property Act and other relevant legislation.

Ability to handle multiple tasks and manage competing priorities.

Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite; experience with strata management software is an asset.

High attention to detail and a proactive approach to problem-solving.
