**Pay:** $150,000 - $175,000

401(k) – You become eligible to make personal contributions beginning the first of the month following 30 days of employment. You become eligible for the ABM match beginning the first of the month following six months of employment. ABM matches your pre-tax and/or Roth contributions, dollar for dollar, for the first 3%. For the next 2%, ABM contributes $0.50 for each dollar you contribute. Your contributions and match are immediately vested.
The Strategic Account Director (East) maintains and expands relationships with strategically important large customers in our Life Sciences vertical. Responsible for nurturing high, wide, and deep relationships with a select number of Strategic Life Sciences clients, ensuring operational excellence by supporting site teams, achieving sales and retention targets, and other assigned account objectives. This position represents the entire range of services available to assigned customers and ensures customers’ needs and expectations are met.
**Responsibilities**
+ Manages and expands relationships with strategically important Life Sciences clients by developing solutions that address customer needs while coordinating the involvement of all appropriate ABM stakeholders.
+ Leads a cross-functional team through the strategic account planning process to develop performance objectives, financial targets, and critical milestones.
+ Meets assigned targets for profitable sales volume, cross selling, and strategic objectives in assigned accounts.
+ Lead routine client business reviews that focus on ABM’s delivery against Client’s business objectives, and uncovers additional areas where ABM can drive value
+ Grow key relationships within assigned customers to develop client-centric product solutions for their business needs.
+ Proactively assesses, clarifies, and validates customer needs on an ongoing basis.
+ Leads solution development efforts that best address customer needs, while coordinating the involvement of all necessary teams
+ This position requires 20% to 50% travel.
+ Perform other duties as assigned.
**MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS ***
+ Bachelor’s degree in Business or related area preferred.
+ Strong and verifiable track record of success focused on the successful delivery of services required.
+ Must have a minimum five (5) years’ experience, within the Life Sciences vertical in a relevant role or job area.
+ Experience in working directly with key stakeholders including executive management personnel within customers required.
+ 3 years of experience in facility services, or a closely related field is required.
+ Strong presentation skills and communication.
+ Build relationships with existing clients to maintain present business and to facilitate add-on business and services.
+ Represent Company at local or regional conferences or at National meetings and trade organizations.
+ Must have the ability to solve problems quickly as well as manage multiple accounts over a large geographic area.
