Strategic Account Executive

We are searching for a Strategic Account Executive for our ServiceMaster Clean Brand to develop, manage, and implement selling strategies with a select portfolio of key accounts. In this role you will have the opportunity to develop relationships and represent the company at a senior level with key customers and prospects.


What you will do:

Develops, manages, and implements selling and account retention strategies with a select portfolio of key accounts of strategic importance to the business to drive profitable revenue growth.Initiates and drives new account growth with limited number of high value prospect accounts.Leads the overall relationship with select strategic customers, develops multi-level contact strategies and implements strategic selling plans for key customers.Initiates and drives strategies and programs that expand market share with key accounts, sells and oversees the implementation of new programs and new services.Oversees the implementation of new services and solutions with new and existing customers across the network.Coordinates and leverages internal resources, including account management team, operations and customer service to drive revenue growth, customer satisfaction and account retention.Negotiates contracts and key terms and conditions to insure account retention and profitability.Represents the Company at a senior level with customers.Works in conjunction with other selling teams to drive penetration at the regional and local levels.Attends customer and industry events and leads customer meetings.Collects and manages market and customer intelligence.Develops and sustains multi-level relationships with account portfolio.

What you will bring: 

5+ years of experience in a national accounts sales or account management role in a services industry responsible for large B2B national and/or global customer relationshipsStrong relationship management skillsStrong strategic thinking and strategic selling capabilitiesExcellent verbal and written communication skillsExcellent presentation skillsAbility to collaborate with and influence othersStrong customer orientation and negotiation skillsSkill in time ManagementIn-depth knowledge of the janitorial industry and marketplace preferredBachelor’s degree
