Your Job Responsibilities as a Strategic Account Executive:
Lead strategic planning and implementation for property program renewals.
Support sales executives in prospecting and consulting on new business to grow the Complex Risk book.
Consult with clients on their exposures and coverage needs while ensuring compliance with E&O requirements.
Provide leadership and guidance to the team to achieve revenue and procedural goals.
Serve as a Subject Matter Expert for internal teams and clients.
Conduct client meetings, discussing exposures, coverage, claims, and other objectives while ensuring follow-up actions are executed.
Build and maintain relationships with carriers and wholesalers, developing coverage solutions to enhance client programs.
Collaborate with carrier and HUB loss control representatives to implement safety and loss control plans.
Analyze client losses and work closely with claims departments to address concerns effectively.
Provide high-level technical assistance to the service team as needed.
Travel as necessary, with occasional overnight stays.
Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree or at least 7-10 years of relevant experience.
Experience in commercial national property and shared/layered property program administration.
Ability to acquire and maintain a Property and Casualty License.
Strong understanding of insurance coverages, trends, and best practices.
Proven skills in problem-solving, relationship-building, and effective communication.
Self-starter with the ability to organize, prioritize, and manage multiple assignments.
Previous experience leading and mentoring teams is a plus.

The expected salary range for this position is $100,000 to $120,000 and will be impacted by factors such as the successful candidate’s skills, experience and working location, as well as the specific position’s business line, scope and level. HUB International is proud to offer comprehensive benefit and total compensation packages which could include health/dental/vision/life/disability insurance, FSA, HSA and 401(k) accounts, paid-time-off benefits, and eligible bonuses, equity and commissions for some positions.
