Position Summary:
The Strategic Account Manager will oversee account management, client satisfaction and growth for named, strategic accounts at MedInsight. This role involves adhering to formal account management and sales processes, MedInsight programs, and applicable Milliman requirements. You will collaborate with team members to refine the MedInsight Account Management process, develop standard tools and protocols, and ensure adherence to these standards.
Key objectives include:
Generating additional revenue from existing clients through MedInsight solutions or tools. Ensuring high client satisfaction and retention. Expanding MedInsight adoption within current accounts. Strategic planning and executive relationship building with clientsIn addition to working closely with account management, sales, client services teams, you will manage tasks such as license agreements, renewals, client communications, and training coordination. The role requires daily client interactions and up to 25% travel.
Position Responsibilities
Build and maintain executive-level relationships across named accounts. Develop, refine and periodically revisit account management protocols. Monitor and document adherence to account management standards. Collaborate consistently with the Manager, Account Management, to achieve strategic objectives. Provide guidance to clients on MedInsight product usage. Manage renewals, sales targets, and monthly billing for assigned clients. Partner with account managers and client services staff to address client needs. Facilitate client training and change request orders.Requirements:
Bachelor’s Degree or higher in related field, with at least six years of experience in healthcare analytics or technology solutions. Minimum of seven years in account management or sales, particularly with large U.S. health insurance carriers. Demonstrated expertise in healthcare data analytics. Proven ability to manage multiple projects, prioritize tasks and work independently. Strong problem-solving, analytical and organizational skills. Excellent communication and presentation abilities. Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).Compensation and Location:
The salary range is $87,000-177,000, depending on relevant factors, including but not limited to education, work experience, certifications, etc. This role can be located remotely within the US.What makes this a great opportunity?
