Strategic Account Management Assc. Director (m/w/d) - Technology

Working in partnership with the Sales Regional Director, you would be responsible for all non-clinical engagement required as an essential part of the evolving orthopaedic sales processes. You would take ownership of driving a Strategic account focus for both developing existing business as well as retention of critical accounts and winning of new business across all business areas. Accountabilities include working with EMEA and local teams on tender responses, contracts management and ensuring the organisation is up to date on the changing landscape of medical device procurement law and procedures. **How You'll Create Impact** • Active member of local Recon & DTS (Data & Technology Solutions) organization’s management team • Full responsibility and follow up on all DTS projects in Germany & Austria in cooperation with Recon team • Targeting Gold accounts in cooperation with Recon team • Responsible for the ZB Recon & DTS full offering • Actively lead on negotiations and contracting with Hospitals • Close collaboration with Pricing & Tender team • Focus on networking with C-suite and Buying department in Gold and Platinum hospitals • Active participation in regional projects to shape/drive/implement new product offering & commercial initiatives • Representing ZB DTS towards customers and industry societies • Ensure that ZB is represented appropriately in the market, recognized as a trusted and reliable partner of choice • Accountable for ensuring that the entire value chain (from pre-sales to post-sales) and cross-divisional relations achieve a superior customer experience **What Makes You Stand Out** • Senior professional with strategic thinking skills, entrepreneurial approach and proven experience in strategic account management • Change agent with high level of interpersonal, communication, and influencing skills • Strong leader and capable of driving business through the performance of others • High flexibility and resilience • Strong personal integrity and values • Expertise in stakeholder management and in negotiations at C-level • Capabilities in deal structuring, especially in complex transactions • Accountable for entire value chain (pre to post-sales) • Masters cross-divisional relations and collaborates closely with BU Sales Lead **Your Background** • Master degree in business administration and/or Health care related studies required • Proven success in leading and managing a sales team • Sound understanding of sales, with multi-channel approach, ideally paired with in depth knowledge of hospital operating processes **Travel Expectations** Regular National and International Travels EOE/M/F/Vet/Disability
